Chef Fabio is a professionally trained chef who has undergone extensive culinary training in Japan under the mentorship of renowned Japanese chef Fabio Ishizuka. Chef Ishizuka also played a key role in curating the menu for Daruma. Staying true to the street food spirit, all dishes are prepared fresh from scratch while remaining affordable
